Richard Pallotta has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology architecture, financial systems transformation, and advanced Oracle Cloud EPM.

Throughout his career, Richard has specialized in bridging high-level C-suite strategy with core backend technical execution, helping organizations maximize the value of their financial systems. His background includes extensive leadership and advisory experience across Big Four and top-tier global consultancies.

At Waypoint, Richard leads the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) practice, bringing deep expertise in aligning core NetSuite ERP environments with advanced Office of the CFO requirements. His technical scope spans end-to-end design across NSPB, Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS/PBCS), Essbase, Smart View, and complex data integration and metadata governance frameworks.

Richard brings a rigorous, architecture-first approach to complex technical and financial challenges, emphasizing structural scalability, automated driver-based modeling, and the direct alignment of financial systems with enterprise growth objectives.

Scott Streule is a Director and Solution Architect within the Waypoint Partners NetSuite practice, with deep, hands-on experience designing and delivering end-to-end ERP solutions across finance, operations, and supply chain. He brings more than two decades in technology consulting and a proven track record of architecting NetSuite implementations that translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions.

Scott specializes in helping organizations design, implement, and optimize their NetSuite investments across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Fixed Assets, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Revenue Management. His expertise spans solution architecture, requirements discovery, data migration, custom development, and systems integration, with a focus on solutions that are both technically sound and aligned to long-term business objectives.

Throughout his career, Scott has partnered closely with executives, process owners, and cross-functional teams to connect solution design with delivery execution, supporting clients from pre-sales discovery and scoping through implementation, training, and hypercare.
